Never machine-wash a suit
Water and agitation collapse the internal structure that makes a suit hold its shape. Dry cleaning is the only safe route — the single most important thing to know about formal wear.
Oud & oil need solvents, not water
Oud, perfume oils and food grease are oil-based, so water-based washing just spreads them. We spot-treat with the right solvent before cleaning — tell us what a mark is if you know.
We press with a protective cloth
A direct hot iron shines wool. We steam-press with a barrier cloth so your suit comes back matte and tailored, not glossy.
Clean before storing, not after
Storing a suit dirty sets stains and attracts moths. Have it cleaned before it goes away for the season — it comes out fresh, not musty.
