Hard water is the real reason home-washed colours dull and cotton feels stiff. We dose for water hardness and add a softening rinse, so tees come back soft and vivid — not scratchy.

Almost all everyday cotton is cleaned perfectly at 30–40°C. Hot water and high-heat drying are what actually shrink hoodies and fade prints — so we avoid both.

A tip you can use at home too: turning printed t-shirts inside-out before washing stops the print rubbing, cracking and fading. We do it for you automatically.

It's less about detergent and more about the water. Kuwait's water is hard, so minerals bind to the fabric and dull the dye. We counter-dose for hardness, wash cool (30–40°C) and add a softening rinse — which keeps colours far deeper than a normal hot home wash. Washing dark tees inside-out helps too.
Shrinking is caused by heat, not washing itself. We cap everyday cotton at 30–40°C and tumble-dry on low, which is what protects the fit, length and neckline. Anything marked delicate is dried even gentler, so your hoodies come back the same size they left.
Yes. Summer sweat mixed with deodorant oxidises into yellow marks — the sooner they're treated the better. We enzyme pre-treat collars and underarms before the main wash to lift the stain and brighten the fabric. For old, set-in marks we'll always tell you honestly what's realistic.
No — just fill the bag. We separate whites, colours and darks for you and match each fabric (cotton, jersey, denim, blends) to the right cycle, so nothing bleeds, fades or shrinks. That sorting is a big part of what stops dye transfer.
